REJUVENATE Eye Cream This company has ripped me off after getting my card info charge me for the sample $89.95 & $89.05 Beverley Hill Nationwide

We've order this product off of website just as sample for the shipping fee of $4.99 each and there's no incication on the order site that incates that you're siging to a membership for this product for automatic monthly reorder and they've cahrged me on two product $89.10 & $98.05.  I've disputed the charge through my bank had no sucess, I've called the toll free numbers I was provided, had no sucess getting connected then emaild the company which I've got an email back saying they can't help me because my account is canceled with them becuase I've disputed through my bank.  This compnay is completely a rippoff and bogus.  The advertising is false to trap you with your credit card inforatiom and charge you for the product full price.  I would like to know if theres any way I can collect my money back from them please let me know and are there any legal way to go after this compnay and prevent this from happening to other people.
