Rejuvius/Juveliere REJUVIUS and JUVELIERE Juveliere Anti Aging Face Serum Rejuvius Diamond Eye Cream. Ripoff, Lying, Misleading, Scam Greenville South Carolina

I wish I checked this Ripoff Report website before I ordered the "free trial" offer from this company.  When I gave my credit card number, I only agreed to pay for the shipping which was $4.95.  I did not see or sign any other terms and conditions. I even received an email confirmation from them that I agreed to pay only $4.95 for shipping.

To my shock, before I even received the product, I saw two charges in my bank account.  One from that company that was for the eye cream as Rejuvius for $87.67 and other for face serum called My Juveliere for $97.88.  I immediately called to cancel and waive the charges.  The customer care rep. named Janet refused to give me refund, saying that it passed the trial period and therefore she cannot give a refund.  I told her that I haven't even received or tried the product yet.  She refused to listen or help and she hang up the phone on me. 

I called B of A and opened a dispute.  They dropped the charges for two months and then to my surprise, both charges reappeared on my account.  According to what Rejuvius told B of A, I had agreed to the terms and conditions on their website.  I never agreed to those terms and conditions, because I never saw those on their website

I called Rejuvius one more time and I spoke with Janet again, after waiting on hold for 45 minutes!  She not only refused to refund my purchase, she would not give her full name, nor the address of the company to return the product.   When I asked to speak with the supervisor or manager.  She told me that she was the highest level of authority in the company, but she was “unable to give me a refund”.  I told her that if she was the “highest level of authority in the company”, she would be able to do what’s right for the consumer.  She still refused.

I also asked about my refund from “My Juveliere”.  She said that’s a different company and Rejuvius has no affiliation with it.  I called the toll free number for My Juveliere and I got the exact same voice on hold and the exact same music on hold.  My B of A bill showed the exact same address for both companies.

Both of these companies are running a scam and preying on consumers, especially women.  They are deceptive and evasive.   If anyone has run into the same problems with them, you should report them to help other consumers avoid their scam.

What should I do at this point?
