Relax Bar And Grill horrible service, stinked, food cold, beer was warm, pervert Orlando Florida

First let me add: Although it may seem otherwise, I don't take any special joy in slamming restaurants. Sure, words egged on by horrid service make things a bit entertaining, but it's the truth none the less.

A few readers think a restaurant critic's job is to tell them only about the good places to dine, not the ones to avoid. This is where that is incorrect.

I will give this place 2 stars, as you should not expect a first class dining at a dive bar on the lake. However, you should expect a reasonable amount of service as you would anywhere.

As the name suggests everyone is relaxed; to the point of fault. Our server for one made it a point to lean on the bar and socialize vs. getting our table, and others their drinks, food, and tab! "Maybe she was visualizing the bad tip?" As I left, I approached management about it and was horrified at the behavior!

First the food came out undercooked, the waitress didn't care to resolve the issue, and the beer was warm. Then after waiting 13 minutes for my tab after I asked for it "Yes 13 Minutes!" the management wants to try and belittle me?

I have enjoyed service from the best and most expensive to the little side bars you would walk by on a daily basis. I as well, have had distasteful service from same. Relax Bar is up there in the top 5% of places I would never visit again.

Maybe the Orlando Sentinels review was fueled by the fact that they are facing bankruptcy and need all the support they can get from local vendors. But I think the critic "Heather McPherson" could have summed up "Relax Grill" in her one well stated sentence.

"Service was excruciatingly slow but our waitress was exceptionally friendly. It seems to me the owners could easily figure out a process and approach that is somewhere in the middle." - Though let it be noted, our waitress "when we saw her" was friendly, however was the epitome of everything else stated.

Two name changes, and the same bar... thumbs down.
