Reliable Heating & Cooling ripoff dishonest not reliable at all. the business that doesn't give a dam Easley South Carolina

I had just gotten back from my vacation in september 2001 and when I got home my air conditioner was out of working order. I got in the phone book and call this Reliable Heating and Cooling to come and fix my unit. Well they came out and he checked the unit and he told me that I was all out of feron. He was suppose to check the inside unit which all he did was to stick his hand behind it and pulled his hand out. Well he went to the truck and brought a cannister of feron out and after he got through he said that it took 6 pounds. I told him that I thought it might have a small leak in it and he didn't even pay me any attention. He didn't check it at all and if he had he would had found it.

Well he filled it up and it started to get cool so I thought it was fixed. I paid him $167.50, cash, and he told me that he left the receipt book in the office and I said well just mail it to me and he said he would. Well he never did so I called to ask about it but could never get anyone on the phone. Well 1 month later my air went out again so I called them and one of the phone numbers I called was disconnected. I called the other number and got an answer and told the guy my story and he said that he would come out the next day, he never did so I called him and he gave me an excuse and I took it and he promised to come out the next day but he never did and after that I could not even get an answer at all.

Those people are ripoffs and liars and their name is very not true, so BEWARE of this company. I had to call another company to come out and fix it and the leak was right at were he filled it up and it could had saved me money if he would had done his job right to start off with. The leak was just a loose pipe!!
