Reliable Imports - Jonathan Blalack - Joe Bates new car dealer Hyundai disappointing money financed got screwed Springfield Missouri

Do not buy a Hyundai from Reliable Imports in Springfield Missouri. We were just looking at the Hyundai and weren't sure that was what we wanted but the deal was so good we couldn't pass it up. $2000.00 off the sale price and an additional $1000.00 off the balance if we finance thru Hyundai Motor Finance and pay off within 3 mths.

When we were in the process of making our third and final pymt. much to our amazement there was never any such special offer by the Hyundai motor Company. We would have never financed this vehicle we would have paid in full that day. We were incouraged to finance through the company.

We tried to title the car and recieved a letter from the state saying that the car had a lien on it. One more problem they had sold the car to a woman in June, supposedly she never took it off the lot (right) and decided she didn't like the color. They never did the paperwork to remove the lien or the warranty with Hyundai. So basically the 10 year 100,000 mile warranty is about half that to the second owner US!

You know how those car salesman can be calling all the time making pests of themselves (Jonathan Blalack) all of a sudden when there's a problem they never answer the their phone. Finally trick him to the phone and tell him the problem explaining sure would be dissapointed to find out we had been lied too.

Ten minutes later Joe Bates acting sales manager the night we bought the car called and denied ever making the deal. When I inquired about the practice of selling a used vehicle as new he got extremely rude and said there company would never do that.

I replied you better check your paperwork then and he hung up.
