What a Joke this company is. After 2 years of dealing with the lies, the fake leads, the leads purchased from others when others couldnt sell them, the ripp-off of making me a flat fee deal for unlimited leads (which by the way lead to nothing but a ton of bogus, bad leads and a waste of time and money), the virtual inablity to get responses from these guys for days or weeks on end showed me what they had to offer.

I hate it took as long as it did to realize what they were and were doing. I have a 2" binder practically full of leads from these people and I have confirmed alot of these leads came from other online lead suppliers when they couldnt entice contractors to accept them. There web site states pay for only the leads you accept. What a crock! You have to pay a monthly fee just to be a member. The lead fees they post are way out of line of what you pay and show a maximum of $75.

Go to the contractor sign up section and see for yourself. They claim up to $75 for a major renovation project and I get leads priced above a hundred dollars. They charge $60 for a custom home but $75 for a siding roofing project. What a joke! They are worse than Service Magic or renovationsexperts.com. The credits that we were offered for these bogus leads was more of the same. They don't give you a monetary credit, just more of the same bogus crap they supplied you to begin with. On December 20 we requested for our membership to be cancelled and our membership dues refunded.

As of today, January 6 that hasn't happen nor have we received a response from our many emails and voicemails. I will file a complaint with the BBB in that area and hopefully prevent other legitiamte contractors from wasting their time and money on crap organizations such as this. PLEASE CONTRACTORS, HEED THE WARNING!
