Where do I begin? The technician who showed up barely spoke English and had a thick eastern European accent.  It was really difficult to communicate with him.  It also became evident that on the first visit, he did not intend to do any work.  His main goal on the initial visit was to secure a second visit for more money.  Lastly, he was even going against the manufacturer's suggested solution which I showed him on my PC.  He merely stated that he was a professional and that he knew what the fix would be. 

I hope this company goes out of business as their main mission in life is to cheat people out of their hard earned money.
