Reliance Auto Transport picked up my vehicle to be shipped to another state. their dispatch was very cooperative in helping with the delivery.

after the car was delivered and the b/l was signed, later in day the drivers side door handle came off. i called dispatch about the broken door handle and they claimed the b/l was signed without any damaged noted and the driver knew nothing on this issue. it was an attempt to hide the broken door handle by glueing the pieces back together. i had this car for many years and the door handle was perfect. once the handle came off you could see that glue was used to make the repair.

in order to register the car an inspection was needed and a new door handle had to be purchased and installed.

its unfortunate that companies are allowed to get away with things like this.  The customer be damed.
