Reliance Debt Relief, Promise that debt will be paid but all I got was them taking money out of my Account Palm Coast Florida

I made a contact with Reliance Debt Relief to settle my debt, due to a loss of job, and the loan i had taking out for someone, but their busness fail, and they were not able to pay the loan. I didnot call Reliance debt
relief they call me. I was worry out of my mind trying to figure out how am I going to pay that bill. When my phone ring and there he was on the line telling me how he can get a settlement for me. but once i found out how it works I cancel the contact and ask for a refund. which is my money that I was letting them ded out of my checking account.I just wanted to let the world know that those debt company are full of it they have runied my credit. and they donot keep you inform of what going on with the creditor, they dont even call the creditor. It all sound good but dont go for it negotiate with credit company yourself to save your self. and the reason I say they runied my credit I wasn't behind yet, with payment they told me that I had to let it get behind before they can do a settlement.
