Reliance Standard Insurance fraud- taking out premiums from payroll check, but never had a policy!! Internet

Reporting insurance fraud by Reliance Standard.  Numerous attempts to collect monies owed dating back to 2009, in which I had payroll deductions for voluntary life insurance.  Recently told by my company I am no longer eligible for insurance, so called Reliance regarding conversion.  Reliance states "you do not have a policy".  So... where have the premiums been going for the last 3 years.  Have talked to muliple parties at Reliance, no return phone call regarding this.  I was told by my employer they have contacted Reliance, and awaiting reply regarding payout.  One more week, and I will be pursuing a civil suit against Reliance Ripoff.
