DISGRACEFUL: Sac County Iowa Prosecutor Shocking and Egregious Admital / Reliance Telephone Does Not Delete All Privelaged Attorney Client Calls.
One of the basic and ancinet tenets of law protects communications between a defendant and his lawyer. Prosecutor Ben Smith during testimony admitted these privalaged calls are to be deleted but that they are not always deleted and that he listened to call between Tracey Richter and her defense counsel when he was prosecuting and wrongfully convicted her of murder in 2011.
