Relieve Resolution Experts 360modifynow.com, Modify your car loan for lower payments Internet

I contacted Relieve Resolution regarding assistance in lowering my monthly car payment when I became unemployed.  At first the company was real good on calling back and getting the information to me.  The fee was $800 but because the holidays were around the corner they were offering a discounted rate of $495 with half up front.I sent $300 to negotiate a lower interest rate with my auto finance and they cashed my check the same day. I thought ok this will save me some money.  2 months later and nothing but collection calls from GMAC.  I explained what was being done and they said no one had ever contacted them with the exception of a female requesting an extension(to extend my monthly payment a month but still incurring interest.

I was SHOCKED!  I called and called and called and called some more and nothing.  I went to their website and it was taken down.  I was soo mad at this point.  I finally disguised my phone number and the person who I was dealing with answered the phone with some Law Office in the title.  I was like WTF!  I got nothing but the run-around.  I should have know the quality of this company when the person I was dealing with would send me emails that were misspelled or forgot to attach attachments or forget to add anything in the emails.

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.  They are located in Irvine CA.  Look them up they have a rating of "F".  They refused to answer their request for a call-back. 

The owner of the company called me irate that I had filed a complaint and I explained to him why I did that and it wasn't fair that I was charged and 2 months later not even an email explaining where my progress was.

He stated that if I took back the complaint he would refund my money.  I told him that if I did that, how would I know he would give me a refund.  After all no one answers the phone or returns phone calls.  He gave me his direct line.  I tried removing the complaint but the BBB wrote this:

"The BBB does not remove complaints under threat that that is the only way a business will assist a troubled customer."

They seem to also be operating under different aliases (360modifynow.com, relieveds.com and automodnow.com). I don't want other people to be scammed by this company, PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!
