ReLife International Medical Center ReLife Stem cell clinic scammed me out of my money and got no improvement, any help from attorney to sue clinic would be helpful Beijing, China Internet

I have a visual impairment and came across a new website on placid way where they referred me over to ReLife International Medical Center. They are suppose to offer cutting edge stem cell treatment for a variety of different diseases and they said they could help restore my vision. I have all emails and contacts from this clinic. I was a patient of theirs in their clinic stuck in Beijing for 3 weeks. Dr.Zhang was the person who gave me the direct injections of stem cells. She injected the cells directly into my eyes which hurt a lot and this isn't the worst of it. I came back to America to follow up with my regular eye doctor and my eye doctor said there was no improvment in my condition. The clinic ripped me off and I complained to them and they think I got better using their treatment in which they have no way to prove. The clinic is fairly new but dirty and the doctors wouldn't let me out of the clinic unless I got special permission form the head doctor so basically I was kept hostage and against my will. I complained about the way I was treated to a girl called Jocelyn but she kept assuring me it would be worth it in the end. The clinic has refused to refund me and has offered no apology. I want to hire an attorney and sue this clinic but need help since I am not a chinese citizen. The eye disease I have is optic nerve atrophy in which they claimed they could cure but instead they left me with an empty wallet.
