R.E.Macdonald dba D.and Z realty trust Alton Realty Trust lying, vindictive substandard landlord tewksbury Massachusetts

Mr Macdonald rented us a 550 sq ft 2 bedroom apt to me and my 3 kids.he requsted 100 dollars over the securty deposit limit as awell as charging us $25 per cat per month. when we turned on the propaine eastern propane informed us heat and hot water systems were broken and needed replacement leaving us with only the stove working, 5 months later after we had complained about the lack of repairs and stench of mold growing, and the ants running rampant. he brought an eviction notice for destruction of his property and noise which he served to my children a couple of weeks before Christmas, i then contaced legal services and brought him to court for violatons. the day of the court answer, my car was plowed in with snow by his son, the only time in the winter he plowed the driveway at all, once i dug out i found my headlights broken, when i went to court the eviction was thrown out and he was ordered to make repairs. he was rude in court, saying i never cleaned, i didnt work and i never paid any bills.

while he repairs were going on, his son stood in my front door and yelled at my children, and told them i was a useless and dirty parent.  i resolved to move asap and before he had finished repairs that week he had again brought an eviction notice to my kids. who get home before i get out of work. after the second time when the case was thrown out of court again, within hours his repairman was at the door a new eviction, bringing it ot my door and yelling at me again. 

this man is a rude money hungry monster, his wife, who i spoke with on the phone several times is a foul mouthed harrigan and his sons audasitty to badmouth me to my children is just disgusting, the fact that he has presented himself to the judge as the injured party and the law doesnt apply to him and repededly accused me of neglect and indolance is well, I have no words for him, He occupies his million dollar mansion just across the bay and is well known in the town for his substandard houseing.
