I purchased a condo Feb. 12, 2013 was regular sale as is, the appraisal stated all are in working condition, and mentioned that there are some renovation including kitchen floor, appliances in working condition and so many other things sadly were not right way.
I moved in Feb. 25, 2013, and unfortunately after I moved in I found all appliances are not in working condition and need to be replaced, plumbing is terrible and leak from the master bathroom and kitchen.
Electric outlet and garbage disposal sprinkling and chocked my little boy when we tried to use it, and also a friend of mine, the technician who came to fix it said that was really dangerous and kill somebody or cause fire :(
I need to know in this situation what can be done ..
The real estate agent ( Sierra Ressas ) ran away and she was truly rude to handle this situation and she just cursed me and refused even to listen to my complain and feel my pain and her boss protected her and said we can not do anything to you after you signed the loan with the mortgage company it is your responsibility.
I am a single mom who survives on a budget and I tried hard to find a place to live in with my kid and settle down but it is a nightmare since we moved in to handle all these unexpected expenses and live in a dangerous situation.
P.S: Recently when it is getting hot and we tried to cool down and I turned the AC on (I FOUND ALSO IT IS NOT WORKING), I need immediate assistant for the sake of my child and a single woman who don't have any experience or knowledge about what is is the procedures !!!
Thanks so much...

Why you would buy a house. When you sign a contract to buy a home, the issues of that home become your issue to fix, not someone elses. When you decide to buy a house, YOU should have hired an independent contractor to come and check the house and property out. That is why it is considedered YOUR house and investment now. Any home you buy will need upkeep and stuff fixed here and there, even if you buy a new home, within a few years, things wear out and need replaced, and it is all up to YOU to fix it. Maybe you should have asked friends, or people all about what it means when you buy a home and what to expect. Yes, it is bad that they lied to you, but that is why you should have hired YOUR own company to do this for you.
Depending on the wording of the contract that you signed and what was gave to you, you might be able to file a small claims case against the contractor that inspected the house, but that all depends on what they gave you in WRITING before closing of the home. It does not matter if they told you VERBALLY that everything was in good working order and then it turned out not to be. You have to have it in WRITING what they inspected and be able to prove in a court of law that it was not what they claimed it was. As for appliances, most homes that are forclosed on, or have sat vaccant in this day and age, dont even come with appliances, but depending on where you live, if you know someone with a truck, you can have them take all the metal appliances to a junk yard and then make a little bit of money to use towards newer appliances.
Also there are second hand stores you can go to to get appliances or make small payments on them and then have them delievered or pick them up when you are done paying on them. Also rent to own places can give them to you now while you pay a little each month until they are paid off. Usually at a place like this you have a choice of brand new items that cost more, or you can find slightly used appliances that are cheaper and do it that way. Sometimes depending on what exactly is going on, all you might need to do it have your friend that knows how to fix things like your garbage disposal, have them look at your appliances and see if maybe he can just replace a few parts in them to make them work for a while until you can save some money to replace them.
Also, for toilets, i know when we bought our house, we had the same issue that water pressure wouldnt flush down stuff, but instead of replacing the whole toilet for a couple hundred dollars, we went to lowes and bought a seal for the inside of the toilet and a longer chain for the stopper inside the tank and we spent 5 dollars to fix the issue. So there are ways to do things without spending a lot of money. After all, you are a home owner now, you will have to learn to do things and it is your home, so roll up your sleves and get to work. Go into a hardware store, or call a few and explain whats going on and get advice from them. Also ask friends, look up on the internet.
Be thankful you were able to get a loan to get into a house, and the roof isnt caved in and the house is livable, and that it is yours and as long as your make payments, and taxes it is your home. If you dont want to do that, then think about putting it up for sale, and then maybe after that, stick to renting a house or apartment where things will usually be fixed as you need them to be and you wont have to worry about it.

After many times of been trying to reach alive person over the phone and finally someone answers you and then put you on hold forever or the phone got disconnected several times and you try and keep trying all day long and finally you got another person and you have to repeat the same story again... Then they got your claim and nothing happened, then I called again second day and same scenario but please add another representative's advise that you have to file your claim online and then I did, AGAIN nothing changed and no any updates while you are burning in your home with your kid and got sick, then you call for the third day and forth day and nothing again happened....
When I asked to speak with the supervisor because I am not a happy customer with the way they treated me, I still did not hear anything back from any representative, but I got an email unsigned and no phone number (just sent from iPhone) and until this moment nothing happened at all.
Please tell me your feeling now !!!!
Also, when you reply to rip-off report or other web-sites please use a proper language to show respect and good moral character.

Sierra Ressas, Real Estate Agent is a big scammer

BIG SCAMMER Works with her husband, lie to people and rip them off, stealing our money, time and peace. PLEASE don't trust her at all, if you do you will lose all your saving and investment. Both are cheaters, they used me and abused me with my lake experience of buying a property as foreigner and she assured me that the home is ready to go and everything is in working order and she hired her guy (another scammer) as an inspector for the property and corrupted him to state his false report. PLEASE run away of these scammers and save yourself...........
As soon as I moved in with my 7 years boy I found all problems started, Terrible Plumbing, all toilets need to be replaced as it is toooo old and can’t suck tissues or poops, all valves in the entire house have to be replaced, all appliances are in a very BAD Condition, (Broken Dishwasher, Bad Fridge, Stove and double oven just heating, you can’t use them for baking broiling), electric outlets, and garbage disposal button shocked my little boy and when I brought a technician he stated that this situation is very critical and dangerous can kill us.
NOW, the major problem is the Air Conditioning System needs to be replaced. It is a BIG MASS because I trusted a not trust-worth real estate agent and I lose a lot of money and put myself in more debts .………………………………………
(I have all receipts for repairs, purchase and reports from technicians to approve all of that and I can send it to anyone wants to approve this report.
