This company has so many internal managment issues that they can't keep anything straight and their clients suffer. Other business in the community won't even deal with them. Do not entrust your listing to this company - your property will be ignored and sit on the market forever. They will make promises, never follow through with them. Then they will tell you it's your fault!!!
If you are dealing with the most important transaction of your life, buying or selling your first home - anything huge. DO NOT trust this company. Internally the owner is nothing but a gossip who starts more drama with her competitors and within the community, and is completely unprofessional about how she conducts herself.
Plenty of other real estate compnaies out there, go with someone else.

What exactly did they do or not do?
How long was your home on the market?
Were they sending any traffic?
Did they recommend you needed to do anything that perhaps you declined to do?
We also despaired over little traffic, yet in a month the right people came and the house was gone.
