en mayo del 2013 recivi una llamada del senor ulise alarcon ofreciendome un programa del govierno para modificarme mi loan que incluia la reduccion de los interes y el principal y el valor de la casa de acuerdo con el valor actual en el mercado.

Recivi un paquete con las condiciones y todo el proceso de la modificacion con las condicion de que debia pagar en dos parte ,la suma de $3995.00 un cheque primero el 06/14/2013 que le ups pasaria a recogerlo el segundo cheque seria enviado el 07/14/2013 con la misma cantida de $1997.50 y lo recogeria la ups,despues que envie esta cantida el senñor jose arellano me paso con la especialista que atenderia mi caso y  su nobre era  jenifer perez despues de una o dos semana recivi una llamada dode me dijeron que mi loan necesita cierta informacion y que devia mandarse lo mas rapido posible tambien me sugirieron que si queria recivir toda la ayuda del programa debia dejar de pagar la casa lo siguiientes mese pues en ese momento yo etaba al dia tambien me dijero que reciviria informacion del proceso cada 10 dia haviles de trabajo pasado un tiempo que no recivia informacion,trate de comunicarme con ellos y para mi sopresa estaba bloqueado con un mensaje de maquina que dcian que no recibian ese momento ninguna llamada por problemas tecnicos del telefono nunca mas recibi comunicacion alguna y pienso que me estafaron los casi $4000.00 dolares.
