Back in early July I ordered some underwear from Remii, thank God I only ordered one pair because I'm only out $11, but I really feel sorry for the ones who ordered more from this company.
After waiting over a week I never got any conformation of the order so I e-mailed them with no reply, but I did receive a conformation e-mail.
almost 3 weeks later I hadn't received the product so I sent them another e-mail with no reply.
Then I got an e-mail from PayPal stating the transaction had been completed and gave me a tracking number, I figured ok, they're just a slow shipper.
After another 2 weeks I kept checking the routing number and all it said was that they had sent an electronic notification that they would be receiving the item for shipment. I wrote them another e-mail asking what the hold up was and never got a response.
Finally, after waiting another week, I decided to file a complaint with PayPal to which PayPal stated that too much time had elapsed and as far as they where concerned the transaction was complete.
After that I sent Remii one more e-mail stating that if they did not respond I was going to report them to the BBB. After no response I reported them to the Florida BBB who conducted a month long investigation to which they could never get hold of the company.The Florida BBB closed the case with a negative review that the Co could not be contacted.
After all this I decided to write PayPal to let them know what was going on and to look into their dealings with Remii to which they replied that it isn't Remii's fault that it was my fault and I needed to contact the postal service. They also stated that their business dealings with Remii where in good standing, whatever...
If you're thinking about ordering anything from Remii be forewarned, they are an unscrupulous business that through the help of PayPal will separate you from your money by leading you on until it's too late to get your money back from PayPal and PayPal will not help you after the fact.
They offer a great product, but never deliver.

I just logged onto the Florida BBB to see what was going on with Remii and found 3 reports and the BBB gave the Co an F.
Be warned, don't buy anything from this Co, you will get ripped off!
I'm including a snapshot of the BBB page because it contains the phone number, something I could never get. So if you've been ripped off you have one more piece of evidence to go after them.
