On the 4th of October, I engaged the service of www.remit2india.com, they asked for my routing number.
* * I provided the routing # from my check book.
* After 8 days of no activity (they only called to validate my identity).
* When I called them after 8 days they informed me my routing # was wrong. The representative told me
that US banks have 3 routing number (one paper, one electric and one for the wire), till this time there was
no contact from Remit2india.
* I called my bank with the Remit2india representative, the US Bank Of only have 1 routing number.
* The Bank told me that may be Remit2india required the international wire #.
* I got the same from my bank and spoke to remit2india again. They informed me that I need to send an email with the new routing number, as their service department will help me update the bank details.
* Online you cannot update, cancel or change any details.
* I send the email with the wire # as requested, the next day I get an email saying my account is blocked
and the transaction bounced back.
* I call remit2india and was informed that the previous agent gave me the wrong information and I cannot update the bank details. He recommended that I give new bank details and open a new transaction. He also said I need to send an email to cancel  the original transaction
* I opened a new transaction #and send the email to cancel  original transaction.

 
* The next day I get an email that my account has been temporarily suspended due to my request to
Cancel the original transaction
* Thus  I sent them an email to cancel the second transaction as well due to the
frustration. I receive their confirmation of this email 2 times on the same day.
* Then today I received and email from them informing me that it was too late and that they debited my
bank with the amount i request for the transaction.
* Now when I call they say they can't do anything till Monday.
* I send remit2india an email with the same details just now and disputed the ACH with my bank.
