Renaissance At Uptown Orange, Bre Properties Car conveniently broken into on the night before move out... and more Orange California

I lived at the renaissance for 6 months. Problems during stay: ANTS RATS SLOW AND RUDE MANAGEMENT HORRIBLE SECURITY GATES ALWAYS BROKEN AND OPEN PARKING ROUGH AND IT GETS BETTER... on the night before we are moving out (which the workers and company were aware of), my car was (conveniently) broken into. The security guard failed to notice this or maybe just didn't care to inform me or management (Even thought the day before he busted crime by towing my car 5 minutes in because someone stole my spot... $300). The cameras happened to be down. The gates open as always. Out of my car was stolen: All of my christmas presents for family, digital camera, GPS, ipod, and my prescriptions for surgery that I had in 2 days. I called management immediately, they were rude (specifically a woman named Jennifer)who told me "I don't know what you want me to do about it, and it's not my problem". Furthermore, I filed police report and the police said that it was not the first time this had occured and it seemed fishy to them as well. This all could have been avoided if the management cared enough for the tenants to fix the gates, cameras, and security guards considering the cost of rent for me was $2000 a month for a one bedroom apartment. You would think that they'd have enough leftover money for electrical problems. DON'T LIVE HERE UNLESS YOU UNDERSTAND THE HIGH LIKABILITY OF THESE THINGS HAPPENING TO YOU, the police and I do feel that this was an inside job.
