Renata Koziara aka Renata Mudzinska encourages her clients to buy Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac foreclosures and treat them as investments (Beata Dabrowska, Mariusz Jasinski & Aneta Okon, Arkadiusz Lasota, Maria Perkowska and others). It seems that other real estate agents at Chicagoland Brokers, Inc. are doing the same. One agent there is even working on an expired license. How did the real estate board approve that?

Renata Koziara is also a thief. She cuts deals with the customers behind her broker’s back so that she does not have to pay the transaction fee. She believes that if it’s only a lease transaction no one will ever know. Now it’s catching up with her.

She must be the dumbest real estate agent around. She tried 6 times to take her real estate exam and failed. No wonder she is clueless when it comes to real estate transactions and their legalities. She was aspiring to be an agent, but her full time job is painting nails and probably will be for the rest of her life.
