Rendered Services Towing company falsely towed vehicle under non consumer of kmart Chicago Illinois

I had bought a coffee from the dunkin donuts, realized that I didn't have enough cash. I parked my car and wrote a note saying I was getting cash for kmart and would be right back. Within 5 minutes they towed me. I can back hysterical. Another customer in a car said the car was gone as soon as I entered the bank which was in sight of my car. 

When I called they said it was for customers of kmart only. Even though that lot is also for dunkin donuts whom I was patron of only 3 minutes prior . My iced coffee still in the cup holder after an hour travel by bus and on foot I arrived at 2019 Rascher to pick up my car. The lady at the counter was rude, was slurry in her speech and was smoking inside while she processed my paperwork.  She tried to run my card 2 times as debit and I repeatedly told her I didn't have enough cash to pay and it was a credit. 

My car is stick and was parked with the parking break up. No one was able to tell me which way they towed it. They may have busted my car and they told me it's not their problem.  This is the same response I got when I called them to ask if they had told me and why they had towed me. She said even if I had a receipt I was still liable for the tow charges. I asked her how I was to get over an hour away and she said not my problem.  I had meant which bus to take but she was so innately rude she must just flippantly say not my problem to everyone.  

I was forced to pay otherwise the charges would compound every day I left it. I was legally parked and they illegally towed me and charged me. Don't be a victim like me. I lost 3 hours of my time and 200.00 dollars for doing nothing wrong. I will never patron kmart again and I'm filing a police report through 311. I have all the proof they did me wrong. I'll update what happens.
