He has scammed people in California , North Carloina, Texas. Keep the information he as sent you call the Texas General Attorney in Austin and report him, you can also call the San Antonio police department,they know about him, there is just not enough information to prosecute him. The checks he has written that will bounce, keep those and file a theft against him. You might never get you money back, but you can help stop him from doing it again, by helping prosecute him to the full extend of the law, writing a hot check is punishable and is the amount he is writting are well over a felony crime,the fact that he send it by mail is another plus.
