 When I was online one night at home I came across the website saying there was a deal on renew and Revitalize skin serum by dr. Oz who was the creator and Christie Brinkley was the suppose a woman who use this serum to change her skin. Here is how they scammed me and others: If you go to www.SkinByChristie.com it clearly states it's a trial and a deal there's a limited amount left and you would only pay $4.99 for shipping and handling. I received the samples within 2 days and then 4 days which is tonight I happen to look online and noticed a bunch of reviews saying that if you don't cancel they're going to charge you $88.10 so I immediately called the phone number that was on my Debit Visa card I cancelled talking to an automated system who then stated I would be charged $36.71 for canceling now it's 4 days later 5 Max. I spoke to a representative after that who then told me the same thing I said I do not want to be charged you can not charge my card stop the payment he then said he had no control over that there are no managers to talk to they charge my card and that they would refund me the $36 next week. They have no right to do this I clearly canceled it and within five days tops nowhere does it say anything about the $88 or the $36 however if you start googling it you can find a different website trying to cover their a*s something about the digital group skin serum and then it talks about all these payments but that is not on the website that I ordered it from they need to be stopped immediately!!
