Renewal by Andersen of Central Texas Legal Name: Central Texas Windows and Doors LLC Refused to give me a refund on the $8,815.00 deposit when I cancelled within a week of signing the contract. They told me it was three days...crooks San Antonio Texas

I am not sure if this is a good idea since I am posting it so late, but I did not know there was a website like this.

My home is 1777 sq ft.  I have updated many things and I needed new windows. I called these folks and told them I thought it over and I could not afford this since I was told by my dentist I needed a great deal of work.

The total amount for nine small windows was $26,448 and I gave them $8,815.00 with a balance due of $17,633.00 upon completion.

I was 82 at the time the contract was signed. 

I wrote a letter to Mr Jay R Lund. He was Chairman and CEOof Andersen at that time.  No compassion at all.

I did receive a little over $2,000.  They still owe me $6,000.00.  I read bad reviews on the internet about Renewal by Andersen and this was another reason for me to cancel.
