Renewed Image Medi Spa Beware of deceptive and unethical businesses practices -- they will smile in your face! Marietta, Georgia

I am a former employee of this "medi spa" and am in the process of suing them for wages owed. The owners of this establishment are extremely unethical and fraudulent, and habitually short their employees' paychecks, plus steal tips that clients give for spa services performed. How would people who wait tables like it if their supervisors took their tips off of the tables after having waited on customers all night? I would not advise anyone to work for Danita and Orville Morrison. These two sociopaths hired me under false pretenses, was so convincing and nice during the interview and for about a week following; then, they started behaving as though they hated me and was doing me a favor. Nothing I did or said was right, and Orville would frequently get mad and storm out of the place like a spoiled child when I didn't say what he wanted to hear. They have very negative and toxic attitudes, and have no clue how to run a spa. Their lack of people and social skills is preventing them from becoming the success that a business such as this should bring. Orville and Danita are two of the most paranoid schizophrenics that I have ever had the displeasure of working for. They think that everyone is out to steal their so-called trade or proprietary secrets of "success". Yeah, right! LOL!!! Success? You have got to be kidding me. If you want advise on how to run a business into the ground, talk to Orville and Danita. They are not only unethical, but are guilty of false advertising because they do not offer many of the services that are posted on their website such as massages, permanent make-up, and tumescent liposuction. Oh, and if you think that you will receive the full hour service that you paid for, think again; your service will be cut in half because Danita over-booked the appointments for the day. Instead of sending the laser hair removal machine out to be repaired or leasing one, they continue to schedule appointments for this service putting current and future clients at risk.   Renewed Image Medi Spa is a sinking ship and will not be around in 6 months. The lawsuits from wages owed and from burning clients with their faulty laser hair removal machine is enough to get them closed down by the State of Georgia. I have bills that need to be paid on time, and that cannot be done right now because Orville and Danita shorted my first paycheck. They not owe me a couple of dollars, but a few hundred and I will not get off of their backs until they do the right thing as business owners and pay me what I worked for. Two other current employees have filed claims with the Ga Department of Labor's Wage and Hour division, but I plan to file a petition in Cobb County Small Claims Court instead. I wish that Orville and Danita would take their sour dispositions, and lack of business acumen back to the UK! They are no better than Bernard Madoff and belong in a jail cell next to him. Danita, I know that you are reading this because all you do is sit in your dark, dingy, dirty office with the lights off because you can't afford to pay the power bill, reading the mounting bad reviews of Renewed Image and writing rebuttals and excuses. FYI, it's only slander if you lie. I am telling the truth, and am warning all those who might even consider working or receiving services at this business to STAY AWAY!
