Rengency Furniture at Langley park/ hyattsville md. and the customer service office in Brandywine md. Is Rengency Furniture flipping customers money. I been waiting for 16 weeks for my furniture or refund. Prince Georges County

 Purchased a bed and dress or from Renency furniture. The furniture has not arrived after waiting for 12 weeks and I asked for a refund. I was told that because I paid cash, I had to wait 21 business days for my refund to come in a form of a check from the warehouse because Regency do not carry cash in the store. I waited the 21 business days for my refund and I called the location that my check was supposed to have came and I was told that, the check is ready but it's at the warehouse and should be here by Wednesday. Today is Wednesday and I am now being told that they can't give me time but it's being processed. I asked that this be investigated. I was told that the person responsible for checks is not in office and I am getting all kinds of different things from customer service in Brandywine. O can never get a manger or the correct information. I am highly upset that I have to wait months for my refund.
