Rennick,Young,Cohen & Associates They were working on a mortgage modification but after a year nothing had been done so I requested a refund and was told that requesting a refund meant that the file was canceled and no refund would b jacksonville, Florida

In august of 2010 rennick young cohen & associates was paid to perform a mortgage modification in the amount of $1620.00,
 When I was first contacted by rennick and associates I was told that the lender had broke rules when my load was taking over by this lender and that was the reason I would be able to get a loan modification and that the modification would only take 90 to 120 days to complete,

Well by November of 10' I had not heard from rennick and associates so I call them and was told they were working on the modification january 11', February 11', march 11' and april 2011 go by (I called and left muiltple voice mails but no return calls) and no answer.
 In may of 2011 I was contacted by rennick and associates and was told that I would have start the whole process over again I felt that this was unacceptable and I requested a refund for failure to fulfill there obligtion to me.
 And after mulitple e-mails and phone calls I was told in august 2011 that because I requested a refund that I fact cancel contract and that I would not been getting a refund and that rennick and associates no longer did mortgage load modification.
