Reno Sunrooms uses high-pressure, "must sign today" tactics along with a "low price guarantee" and an affiliation with Home Depot to convince you they are quoting the lowest prices. Actual prices are 30-50% higher than other contractors. Save yourself money and a poor service experience and show them the door.

Reno Sunrooms rebuttal

AUTHOR: Br Tula - ()

POSTED: Sunday, May 05, 2013

"Reno Sunrooms uses high-pressure, "must sign today" tactics along with a "low price guarantee" and an affiliation with Home Depot to convince you they are quoting the lowest prices.  Actual prices are 30-50% higher than other contractors.  Save yourself money and a poor service experience and show them the door."

The above complaint does not tell us if this person actually purchased a product from Reno Sunrooms.  The owner Doug Bernard believes that an ex-employee with an axe to grind put in the complaint.  If you do more research you do not find more than this one.  Both the BBB and Angie’s List give Reno Sunrooms an A rating.

As with any big purchase, you need to do your own research to find the best deal out there.  After over 10 years in business, Reno Sunrooms has had many happy customers.  Go to their site for more info.  www.renosunrooms.com.
