These guys rented then sold me a computer that was rigged with string to work. For months I had trouble getting it to work and after they claimed to fix it, it simply broke again.They are so used to working with the people most in need that they threaten and scare them into compliance with whatever they want to be reality. I finally paid the computer off and 1 day later, it broke again.

This time I brought it to Best Buy who said it was put together with hardware that was too big for its casing, and the hard drive needed to be totally replaced. I spent more money having the computer fixed than the machine is worth. What a bunch of crooks.Manny, the Store Manager is the salesman of the year, but once he sells you, you've got nothing coming. Richard Dominguez, the Regional Manager talks like he has all the answers, but he never tells the truth.

He tries to fix the computers just enough to get them working and sends them out with the wrong parts...ready to break again. These guys are used to dealing with complaints, so they have become very good at denial and covering themselves. They take advantage of the less fortunate, and double-talk their way out of everything. their Owner, James L. Cole, is from Witchita, Kansas, but he shields himself behing voice mailsd and web sites. You can't get in touch with him. It tool the better part of the day trying to track down these guys.

They unlawfully filed with the Arizona Corporation Commission, conveniently leaving out the retail name Rent 1st, so that customers can't see who they are. Nowhere on the Commissions paperwork is Rent 1st mentioned. The same is true with the Secretary of State's Office. This kind of sleezy hiding is indicative of the kind of company James Cole owns and the people he surrounds himself with.tHIS COMPANY ACTS LIKE STRONG ARM THUGS. tHEY CALL WHEN YOU ARE EVEN A MINUTE LATE WITH A PAYMENT, AND THEN THREATEN POLICE CRIMINAL ACTION IF YOU ARE LATE WITH PAYMENT.
