rent of center calls up to 10 times or more a day calls friends and family members comes and sits in my the front of my house for hours and even called the police once saying I had stolen property in my housee ormand beach, Florida

You stop paying on something you rented but dont yet own.....and you're upset that they call you numerous times a day to get their money?      WTF is wrong with this picture?

PAY  UP and or return the d**n stuff and grow up....pay what you owe

Simply return RAC's merchandise to them. Look for used appliances on Craigslist, Goodwill or other thrift stores.

You are behind in payments on items that you are renting from them.  You rented them on the promise of paying them a set amount at set times.  They stated that they don't want to make any arrangements with you and just want THEIR items back.  Ummm...sounds pretty simple to me.  RETURN THE ITEMS TO THEM.

You don't have to let anyone in your home, except for police with a valid search warrant.  If you continue to resist returning the RENTED appliances, you will eventually receive a summons to appear in court.  You will then very likely be ordered by a judge to return the appliances, pay any rent owed, and pay various other charges or interest.

Just return the appliances, buy a hotplate and a mini fridge and move on with life :-)

If you are behind in your payments then you have stolen property and should return it ASAP.  They agreed to rent you merchandise and you did not fulfill your end of the contract.  Very simple.  What makes you think you should be able to keep these items?
