 Would Like to tell you of my trouble with this store .  as you alll know the Goverment was shut down for about two week and couple of days.  i was one of the employer that his happen to i have be a customer of Rental Centerwhich i brought throught HHGregg and Bobs Discount Furniture  as far as the item i got it ok know problem the proble that I have is with the so call Benefits plus that they sell with they item it cost  $12.99 extract. for this Like I say I was not work no fault of my owe due to the government shutdown. i only owe $171.01 pluse tax on one account and $141.00 on the other account I call and told them about my problem

i have be a customer of theirs Begin in March of 2013 have not miss a payment havenot be ever late on a payment but this time when i need to use my Benefits plus and put a claim in for help they took me around and about to get the paper fill out after turn all the paper work in low and behole we went back to work thank god but the presdient sayed that he would give us back pay but we did not know when but that we would get it on the day the goverment open Rent of Center call me and told me that I am back to work now and that i would not be receive the Benefits plus pay becasue i was back to work the same day we went back was the same day they call me

Ok so they ask me when I would be making the payment I told then that yes we was back to work but we did not get any back pay yet the govement dones not work that fast I ask for a letter from the Benefits plus just for my record and their sayed that they could not get it to me the people at Renter Center that in HHGregg so we can back to work on the 21 or October for a hole week HHGregg has be call me for the last two week and a half asking me when I was going to pay them I didnt tell them that i wasnt paying them but i have to see when we will be getting payed that all they have the paper work I gave them about the job suit down from day one my bill is not any one month over due and this is how you treat people I have car notce and rent for next Month that will be due soon and all of the other bill are working with me.

Not callling me two three time a day and every day it fun i only owen $141.00 to you and you calling me every day I even call the head office about this and they told me that someone would becall for the head office about this that was on Thurday the 19th of october and now it the 22 of October and know call I was out of work because of the govement shut down because i whated to be at home.  I just what to let people to know please dont get any thing from this place it all a rip off that why they put them in store like HHGrgg and diffence store i wish i would have not got any thing from this place

by the way the goverment did give a a 4 day check and i did pay my bill at renter Center for Bob Furniture because they did not call me everday worry me about that when  my  family dont we would ever had food on the table or gas in our car for  next week the store Renter center should stop putting ever one together but do a case by case look at the person

And please learn Customer Skill that would be a plus.

It would be a plus if you were to learn some writing skills. Your review appears to have been written by an elementary school dropout. Were you able to complete the rental application without assistance from a sixth grader?

 The point was I was to be cover by the Benefits plus plan that i pay on just in case sometihing like that happen you miss the point all together the point was that I paying for something that was not their to help in time of need so you can keep you comments to your self it was not about pay the bill it was about the money that going to waste for a program that does work ok god blees you

 Its a business and as such despite whatever circumstances you are having in your personal life, you still have to pay them. Yes they call when you owe them money. Just as you would do. They have to call you or you might just decide to skip out on what you owe leaving them out both the money you owe and the product itself. Its neither a scam nor a ripoff for them to expect YOU to pay what you owe. And to pay it on the date it is owed. Why do ppl like you expect them to do more for you then you would be able to do in your capacity in your job?? You dont deserve ANY special treatment. This post is really just a "WAAA WAAAA they want thier money and I couldnt pay them!! BOOHOO!!"

You have no one to blame for this except yourself. YOU signed a contract with them. YOU didnt make your payment. YOU get the phone calls. And really its just a phone call. They didnt camp outside your residence and threaten you. So grow a pair and handle your business like a adult and not like some pimply faced child. Its not thier fault that the govt shutdown, its not thier fault you couldnt make your payment.
