On October 16, 2024, at the KFC franchise located at 3815 E Silver Springs Blvd, Ocala, Florida, I was subjected to an unlawful arrest born from a calculated conspiracy that involves not only the KFC corporate management but also the Ocala Police Department and the City of Ocala itself. This is not a mere clerical error or a momentary lapse of judgment—it is a premeditated, criminally forged conspiracy to destroy my constitutional rights and shield corporate and municipal power from accountability.
Falsified Documents and Fabricated Charges
Two trespass warnings dated after the incident, specifically on October 18 and October 23, 2024, were retroactively backdated and forged to fabricate a criminal charge of trespassing that never existed. These documents were never served in accordance with Florida law—they were created as legal fictions, deliberately designed to provide a post hoc cover story for what was, at its core, a civil dispute. The fact that one of these false notices bears the label “arrested” is a criminal forgery used as a tool of obstruction and intimidation.
This is not just misconduct; it is a violation of state and federal law. The fabrication and backdating of legal documents constitute fraud, obstruction of justice, and conspiracy. These actions violate both Florida statutes on trespass warnings and the constitutional protections guaranteed under the Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments.
The Role of KFC Management: Collusion and Hostility
The KFC manager, rather than seeking to resolve a customer service matter, deliberately chose to weaponize the police against me. When Officer McCurdy approached her with the already forged trespass notice, she did not correct the false narrative. Instead, she eagerly signed the fabricated document, fully aware that it misrepresented the truth. She painted me as argumentative, a threat, and an irritant.
Notably, the manager admitted she slammed the window in my face because I wanted to argue about my order. She said, with chilling disregard, that she “did not have to slave for me to eat,” an incendiary statement loaded with racial and social contempt. She also confessed she would rather have physically assaulted me if not restrained by her work obligations. This hostility was openly shared in front of the arresting officers, who did nothing to challenge or refute her narrative.
Another manager outright admitted that I was given an ultimatum: comply by leaving peacefully or face jail. This was not law enforcement upholding justice; it was corporate bullying backed by police power.
The Police Department’s Role: A Manufactured Crime and Willful Blindness
Officer McCurdy, whose history includes a recent suspension for misconduct, led the charge in this unlawful arrest. He omitted material facts in his affidavit—including the presence of a sergeant and Officer McCollum, who participated in an illegal search of my vehicle that was not documented anywhere. This is a clear violation of evidentiary disclosure laws and undermines the integrity of the arrest affidavit.
McCollum’s statement falsely claimed she handcuffed me, while the corporal’s account clarifies it was Officer McCurdy who did so. These inconsistencies reveal deliberate attempts to obfuscate the truth and fabricate a compliant narrative for the courts.
Further, McCurdy made multiple racist remarks during transport to the jail, accusing me of being racist—a clear attempt to discredit and dehumanize me. His failure to read my Miranda rights until arrival at the jail constitutes a breach of Miranda v. Arizona, violating my Fifth and Sixth Amendment rights.
He claimed that I was not allowed to “sit in the drive-through and throw a tantrum” and disparaged me to another officer by stating I was “very racist” and “did not like white people.” These comments reveal deep-seated bias and racial animus infecting the department’s conduct.
Most egregiously, the arrest was predicated on a civil matter, as admitted by both the officers and KFC managers on scene. Yet McCurdy chose to manufacture a criminal offense out of thin air to justify an arrest. This is a textbook false arrest and abuse of power under color of law, actionable under 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
Internal Affairs and the City’s Cover-Up
When I filed an 18-count misconduct complaint, Internal Affairs, led by Captain Dustin Kuentjes, was quick to shut down the investigation—without issuing any written findings or justification. Kuentjes dismissed the racial and constitutional implications, casually stating that charges being dropped was “normal.” His phone call revealing this shows institutional denial and deliberate indifference.
The City of Ocala, through its officials and legal counsel, has refused every opportunity to correct this injustice or even acknowledge wrongdoing. This deliberate silence and refusal to act demonstrate deliberate indifference—a critical element of municipal liability under Monell v. Department of Social Services.
A Systemic Conspiracy: RICO Implications
What happened here is not isolated—it is a criminal conspiracy involving private actors (KFC corporate), municipal employees, and law enforcement officials. The collusion to falsify documents, fabricate charges, and suppress civil rights rises to the level of a RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) violation. This is not hyperbole; the facts fit the pattern of racketeering activity and conspiracy to deprive constitutional rights through coordinated fraudulent acts.
Conclusion: A Call for Accountability
The KFC franchise, the Ocala Police Department, and the City of Ocala have weaponized police power to protect corporate interests and suppress dissent. They have engaged in criminal acts including forgery, obstruction of justice, false arrest, racial discrimination, and conspiracy. They have violated my civil rights, betrayed public trust, and compromised the rule of law.
This is not merely about a dispute over chicken. It is about systemic corruption, racial injustice, and institutional failure at every level. The City markets itself as safe and just, but this incident proves that beneath the surface lies a corrupt machine that exploits power and ignores the law.
I am prepared to expose this entire rotten system—legally, publicly, and relentlessly. The evidence is overwhelming, and the stakes are high. The city, police, and corporate entities may believe they are untouchable. They are not. The truth is coming, and it will not be buried.

I don't know what you are on about, but if a business asks you to leave and you don't leave, that's trespassing. Verbally advising you that you are no longer welcome is sufficient. You can be arrested and hauled off to jail if the cops get called. A private business does not have to serve you, and can refuse service for any legal reason. Such as you being a difficult customer.
And if you are arrested, they are allowed to search your vehicle. And it doesn't have to be documented anywhere.
