Rent One rents used products as new Anna Illinois

Rent One in Anna Illinois is giving customers used merchandise and charging as if it were new. I had this happen on several occasions. I rented a dryer which I thought was new and was listed as new on the ticket. It broke down after several months and Rent One did not want to service the dryer because it was going to cost too much. Finally after considerable time they fixed my dryer, but I was given no replacement until mine was fixed. It's amazing how long their company takes to fix items. Sometimes up to 4 or 5 months, and Rent One still wants you to make payments when it's being fixed!

Also, my brand new computer crashed and Rent One gave me a loaner computer which was used and a discontinued model. I was paying full NEW price for this computer while mine was in the shop for 4 months.

Don't trust them. Their corporate office in Mt Vernon will not respond to emails and will not return phone calls. Their account managers are rude to women. I am not saying all people in the Anna store are rude, but there are a few who are very obnoxious.
