This company has a terrible product that is misrepresented on its website, a product that does not work, customer service that is beyond horrible, and staff that has no idea how to run the product.
We rented a photo booth for our destination wedding, held in Naples Florida. I am posting this because I would hate for someone else to ruin their wedding day by expecting one of this company's photo booths to be of any value or entertainment to their guests. So many things were wrong it is easiest to just list them:
Before the wedding. After taking our payment, there was little to no communication from Roland, including at least 3 unreturned phone calls and 2 emails asking for a confirmation that the photo booth was going to be at the hotel the day of the wedding, what time the photo booth was being delivered to the hotel, and who was bringing it.
This is all in complete contradiction to the contract, which said someone from his company would contact the hotel to establish set up. NO ONE ever called, and no returned any of my calls and emails.
This in and of itself is not that big of a deal, but of you are getting married, you expect vendors to hold up their end and alleviate worry on the part of the bride
Day of wedding still no idea if booth was going to show up. Literally as we walked into our reception, I asked the catering manager and she said yes, the photo booth was finally there, it was being set up, but it didn't seem like the worker knew what he was doing.
The guy setting up the photo booth A) had NEVER EVER even seen it he was sent out by a local labor company in Florida and had no idea what to do. This is the man who is supposed to, per our contract, set up, man the booth for three hours, take down, and ship off the photo booth. He had no idea how to set the booth up, and was even asking our wedding photographer for help.
The booth. Not a booth it was so awful looking it was actually an embarrassment. A not-stable scaffolding (it was tilting to one side) with a strip of cloth flung over the back, a digital camera suspended from a wire, hooked up to a laptop and a printer. There was nothing charming, fun or retro about it.
Booth didn't work. The photo booth did not work. We got the name and a signed statement from the worker saying it did not work.
Lack of timely communication after the fact. The next day we are on our way to our honeymoon, we call Roland and leave a message saying the booth did not work, call us back within 2 days to confirm he got the message, we expect a full refund. No call. We email him. No email. We call again. Nothing.
Four days after the wedding we receive an email stating once he receives the photo booth we will get a refund, minus the shipping charges. It was 4 days after wedding and the photo booth was still at the hotel, left by the worker. This in a sense does not surprise me because the worker had absolutely no idea what he should be doing, at no fault of his own.
WE HAD TO PAY TO SHIP IT BACK. This is in direct conflict with our contract, which stated the worker would set up, man, break down, and take away the booth, absolutely no mention of us having to pay to ship the booth back.
Late return payment. It took over 1 month and so many phone calls and emails we can't even remember before we got our refund, which was partial Roland took out the shipping charges.
Bottom line: Product is terrible, worker had no training, refund was incomplete and late. Not to mention on our HONEYMOON I had to worry about coordinating with the hotel to get the product back to Roland, which is just ridiculous. DO NOT use this company.

The real reason the booth was shut down was rude guests forced the closure by throwing alcohol glasses at our employee. He left without taking down the booth because he was physically threatened.
We never would ask a bride to worry about things on her Honeymoon. This particular client choose to call us when she did.
We did refund the clients money minus the shipping fees due to the hostile nature the attendent was treated.
