RentReporters.com attempts in every way to work with the consumer to resolve any issues relating to the consumer's account.  RentReporters.com has always maintained an unstated 100% money-back policy when the consumer does not feel they received the value of the RentReporters.com service and cancels prior to first reporting.  RentReporters.com has an instant cancellation of services policy at the consumer's request and immediate return of any unused fees collected after 30 days.

The following are the facts of this particular account and complaint:

The account was opened on 5/30/13.  The consumer paid $42.90 at the time of sign-up.

On 6/3/13, the first attempt to verify the rental information with the landlord was performed by fax.  On the same day, a title search was performed to validate the property information.

On 6/4/13, the consumer's landlord returned the verification of rent request, and RentReporters.com began processing the rental information for upload to the credit bureau.  An email was sent to the consumer with notification that verification of the account was completed.

On 6/6/13, the consumer requested to have the account closed and be issued a refund due to non-performance.

On 6/6/13, RentReporters.com closed the consumer's account and issued a refund of $42.90 to the consumer's credit card on file via third party merchant account processing.

Further, this consumer has taken a malicious position towards RentReporters.com by taking action to falsely report RentReporters.com on public forums as if the statements claimed by the consumer were true and correct.

With regard to the claim of being "scammed," RentReporters.com is a service that at the request of the consumer or landlord verifies monthly rent payments and delivers the verified results to credit bureaus on a monthly basis.  RentReporters.com has performed this sevice since March 2012 and is a recognized entity by credit agencies to perform this service.

RentReporters.com is an impartial service that has no gain in not performing this service.  RentReporters.com is in constant contact with its receiver of data and sends data on a consistent basis according to the requirements of those entities.
