Rent San Diego Properties Agency ripoff, dishonest, took my money didnt assisting me in anything, has not refunded my money and says can will only refund portion of amount paid San Diego California

I went to Rent San Diego Properties thinking they would assist me in finding an apartment in my price range and in an area I would like to live in for my husband, daughter and I. I was frauded into thinking this company finds great apartments and homes to live in, but in fact takes your money and doesn't help you at all or even returns your calls.

Rent San Diego properties took $118 of my hard earned money and only provided me with a list of apartments that were supposly renting in my price range. When I contacted the apartments on this list all most all said apartment had been rented out weeks/month earlier, or I had to leave a message which was never returned.

I then requested a refund of my money and was told I had to come to the office or fax a copy of my lease. when I faxed copy of my lease and contacted Rent San Diego Properties to ask if fax was recieved I was told I would recieve a refund for my full amount with in 2-3 business days. four weeks later I contacted the company and asking why I hadn't yet been refunded I was told my paperwork had been "misfiled" and that my information would be processed and refunded by the end of the day. I have still not recieved my refund and I would never ever recommend anyone to go with this company.
