These Guys are the most Cheating and Conniving people I have ever seen.  They charge you for a car and then you find out you are typically Leasing a car being charged for mileage and all.  They charge you over 700 a month for a car that is basically 8 or nine years old or older.  Pick your car up for two days behind and charge you extra to get it.  Sell cars that have been under water and deemed total insurance loss.  They will be reported to The Consumer Resources.  They are headed for shutdown.  I will do all I can to make sure they are not taking Monies from these poor people that think they have finally found them a good car place.  Not only that they sell cars that break soon and basically they have junk cars.  Why can't they just go to auction and get their cars legally.  Once a car has been totaled by the insurance they should not be able to resale it for 13000 or 14000 thousand dollars.  So my next report will be to Consumer Proection Agency.

Oh Yes You Can

AUTHOR: Jim - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, May 18, 2016

You certainly can...but let's get into that later. Let's see, you go to this subprime deadbeat dealer and but you have money for an attorney, right? Did this supposed attorney tell you a smart consumer READS the contract BEFORE they sign it? Oh yes, if you got into a CAR FLEASE because YOU failed to read said contract, you didn't buy anything. Yes, you can do that...if you seal up the windows, the hood and trunk you can turn the car over. You can then erect a mast and actually sail the car. That's of course in your response to "you cannot sale a car". Yes you can!

Merchants do not have the right

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, May 18, 2016

Merchants do not have the right to rip off consumers.  Consumers are human too, also you cannot sale a car that has been a total Loss to a consumer without them knowing it.  You can only do that with consumers that do not know the law and their rights.  Because anyone in their right mine will not buy a car that they can do nothing with.  So you can say what you want and deal with the Consumer Protection Agency.  And my attorney and I have gone over the contract with a fine tooth comb and the Contract does not say it is a Salvage title on that car.

You do not have a valid complaint

AUTHOR: coast - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, May 18, 2016

The dealer may be required to inform the buyer that the vehicle was previously a total loss but since you are leasing instead of buying that may not be a requirement.

You didn’t read the agreement and failed to honor the payment terms. You had no idea it was a lease even though the name of the business is Rent to Own HQ. Think about it.

Merchants have the right to sell their merchandise at any price they choose.
