Just another in a long line of fraudalent people using actual Real Estate listings and illegally placing up for Rent for unrealistically low prices.  
 
Trulia should have a duplicate checking system and contact the listing agents to prevent our great clients from being ripped off.
 
The old rule of thumb still holds true...
 
If it's too good to be true it probably isn't.
 
Afterall who rents a 3000 sq ft home in an upscale area for $1000?
 
I hope the powers that be finally catch these group of economical rapists.
