Rentwave.com They screwed me too!!!! Santa Monica California

In february, 2003 I was looking to move to a better area. I came across rentwave.com and was kind of curious.

I had no clue as to what type of services they provided to people. So I clicked on the link to their web-site and began to browse. After a while I thought hey they could actually find me a new place to live. So I called them up and gave them my info.

I was then able to look on their website and see locatins. About 1 week later I went back to the web-site to see what new listings they had and to my surprise they had the same ones

I thought this was kind of funny, But wasn't aware of anything being wrong. So i kept checking through out the following weeks, and kept seeing the same listings.
So after my 3 month membership was up I called them to see how I could get my money back from them. They told me I would have to write a letter to the refund dept, and show a current utility bill.
So I made the copy of the bill and sent it off with the letter I had written. A few weeks passed and I had heard nothng about my refund. So I did give them a call and they gave me the run around by saying oh the person you need to speak with isn't here they are out to lunch.

I had asked them " Why everytime I seem to call to speak with soneome to help get my money back from you there is never any one who can help me." Thier response was to insult me by calling a dumb american, then hang up on me.

They are nothing but scam artist lookin to make a quick buck. They don't care about helping you find a home. All they care about is money.
