RenueDerma NuEye #8886056670 1Modernskinca #88877132 Unauthorized debit out of my bank card on 10/30/15 Henderson Nevada

On October 30, 2015 I noticed two debits taken out of my bank. One for $90.47 and the other for $95.57 within a minute of eachother. Shocked and confused , I immediately called the number the amounts were affiliated with. A woman with a very deep accent answered to which I questioned the debits. She immediately said she was sorry and continued to explain like she was reading something that I was charged because I had a Free Trial and went over the 14 day trial period. I asked her to please refund my money to which she continuously talked over me. I had a bad connection and could not get a word in . I asked why they had charged me twice and she said they did not charge me twice and started talking over me again. She offered to give me a $100 certificate which I refused and kept asking for my money to be credited back into my account. 

I told her I was getting nowhere with her and that I wanted to talk to her supervisor. There was alot of background noise where she was. Sounded very unprofessional. She continued to avoid my request and kept talking about how sorry she was and that she couldn't give me my refund but could give me a certificate..I finally hung up and tried again a few minutes later . Another woman answered with same accent and same excuses. 

I then called my bank and they are currently investigating and hoping they can get further than I did. 

This is very humiliating and dishonest of these so-called business people..

Please Help Us Stop them.
