Renuvaskin Renueeye They said I cancelled but then only cancelled one. Continued charging and would not refund at all. Internet

I ordered this Renuvaskin and Renueeye as a sample bottle that you pay $6-9.00 for.  Thinking if I like it I will order more.  Well this is exactly as mentioned by previous complaint. When you buy it you are signing up for a monthly order for $185.00 a month.  Whew a bit shocking.  So I called to cancel on June 2nd. There are two phone numbers one for each product so I called the Renuvaskin first.  We went through the cancellation process with a lot of hassel to keep using the product from their high pressure salesmen. However I was able to cancel eventually. Once I was done with that I immediatly called the Renueeye number.  There was a lady that ansewered and I told her I wanted to cancel the renueeye.  She says I see you have cancelled it already so it is all done.  I said great and hung up.  End of June I get more eye cream and another charge.  I figured since these guys were a shady company they had some 30day requirement to cancel and thought it would be the last one.  However I then received another one in July so I called in July to tell them it was a cancelled order and that I wanted my money back. They of course have no record of my 2nd call, could not ever refund the money they were charging and left it at that.  They did offer to give me more of the renueeye for 50% off and also a $100.00 coupon for more of thier products.  I said no way give me that cancelation number I don't want anything from you ever again. I had already given them $280.00 more that I ever intended.
