I started a small outfit completing mortgage inspections for REO Property Solutions www.reopropertysolutions.us under Gary Dambach in PA.
I answered a Craigslist AD back on November 28, 2008 to REO Property Solutions and started from there with a verbal agreement with no signed contract. Gary Dambach has a contract with First American Field Services www.firstam.com and have been completing reports under a different login website. Gary said I would be paid every Friday for all reports billed 30 days each Thursday or Friday of each week.
When dates past we started inquiring for payments gave information to the company to mail all payments to and had to repeatly give information to Gary Dambach at REO Property Solutions and promise he would pay but never followed through. REO Property Solutions owes me $28,000.00 for all completed work that was completed by myself and 30 sub-contractors.
I have documentation of all completed work by each sub with work order ID's from First AM under their website proving we completed these reports. I sent an email last week to First AM and have not had a response back from anyone.

I'm rebuttling the previous report as I'm working with Gary, First American Field Services is the target and not paying Gary as he is having to get his attorneys involved since First American is not complying.

I answered an ad off of craigslist to do property inspections in Mississippi for Gary Dambach & Francis Powell out of PA for REO Property Solutions.I done over a 100 inspections for them and when it was time to be paid they never came through with the pay.I have emailed and called them and was told twice my check was in the mail but I have not recieved any pay from them.I was ripped off and hope that these people are stopped before they do some other innocent person wrong.
