repairmanuals.co poor product, no refund CA Santa Clarita

This is an on line automotive shop manual service. They bill on a time basis for access to auto model specific repair manual information.

My problem is I don't like the format and I feel the information is inadequate. The navigation is confusing, the ilistrations are to general and not detailed.

I had the product for 8 days and requested a refund. I was denied on the basis that I had access for 8 days and could have used the service for my reair and then asked for a refund.

The terms are unclear as on thier site they say you have 10 days and they will refund your money. 

I do not recomend this service, as I said the manual is incomplete, difficult to navigate and has generalized information at best.
