You contacted us Weeks after you recieved the Watch, and even though you did contact us after Weeks we did respond to your mail trying to solve the problem up for you, We did tell you that we will have Both Watches Repaired but you only insisted on a Refund since that was not possible due to our 7 Days Returns Policy on Replicahause.com

You wore the Watches for Weeks and then contacted us, i think we should leave this to general Public to decide which of us was wrong in this situation.

We live to our Policies, we agree products do get defective and that is why an exchange policy exists on our Website but what we do not agree is that we ripped you off.

The maximum I have paid for a knock off is 75.00.

The reason its as cheap as it is, ITS NOT REAL so if the strap breaks, watch no longer works, etc. I am not out of a lot of money and I have the option to replace it just as cheaply or if I have tired of the item, toss it. I had a Coach watch I purchased in NYC for 10.00. When it was 3 years old the band broke and to purchase a replacement band designed to fit would have to had come from Coach. A band was more expensive than the watch. I tossed it. When I take another long NYC vacation I will hit the vendors and find something else I like. So remember when you buy a knock off, buy it in person with cash! That way you know what you are walking off with.

Importing "fakes" (watches, purses or any protected item) is illegal. To make the offense even worse the way the items were packaged is tantamount to smuggling.

"When you buy goods from foreign sources, you become the importer. And it is the importer - in this case, YOU - who is responsible for assuring that the goods comply with a variety of both state and federal government import regulations. "

This applies whether you buy online, in person, or otherwise. Early this year an Oregon Man who traveled to China and returned with 8 fake Rolexes to give as gifts, narrowly avoided a Customs fine of $55,300.00 - it is likely it the case was dropped solely because of media attention.

The fine assessed is normally not for the actual value of the fake, it is for the retail value of an authentic version of the item.
