ReplicaOutlet.com ripoff illegal Visa Charges Non-delivery additional Credit Card charges Internet

On 11/30/04 I ordered a Replica Mount Blanc Pen at a cost of $20 + $6.50 for Priority Shipping (3-days). After 5 days of non-shipment I tried for 8 straight days to contact via e-mail as the was no phone # I could call on the website or receipt. I did receive an e-mail from ReplicaOutlet as confirmation of my purchase (I have it)

On 12/11/04 I checked my Visa charges on line only to discover that an additional charge of $285 was made by said company on 12/10/04. Inmediatly I contacted my Visa account through Bank of America to dispute the charges. BOA was able to cancel my current CC number and issue another card (not yet received). It is a hassle but my only alternative to avoid additional CC charges by ReplicaOutlet. BOA will send me a form to be filled out contesting these charges but it will take some time. There is no guarantee that I will get my money back. Granted that I maybe lucky to only incurr a charge of $310 but still this a malicious operation which should be reported to hopefully help other honest on-line shoppers. I have copies of the charges made by replicaoutlet. They must be stop.
