Reply! promises that they are sending you quality leads. This is not so! The leads are poor at best, and are not properly verified prior to sending them to real estate professionals that are paying over $50 per lead.

When contacting Reply! about the inability to contact a lead, they refuse to provide credit, stating that they verified that the lead information was correct and good. In my professional opinion: if you cannot get in contact with the lead, then the lead isn't verifiable. However; Reply!'s position is -- that this isn't a reason to provide credit and they refuse to issue a credit based on this.

You have no way of contesting their version of a valid lead, and are totally at the mercy of someone pecking away on a computer. Their responses are scripted, and just cut and pasted into an email and sent back to you. They are so lazy about their response, they don't even make the effort to make sure that the font sizes and types are the same throughout the responding email document.

You are over a barrel with regard to what they send. Their pitch states that you should be able to close 1 of 4 leads, even though it make take months to close them. This would be a valid point, if the leads were valid. I have received 10 leads, they did give me credit on 2 that were bad, but after that...there was no negotiation on the validity of the leads. Of the 8 I have remaining (as they won't issue any more credits -- $450 in the hole), I may be lucky to close one if the lead is able to obtain credit. I am willing to accept the odds that it is up to me to close a deal, but not at the whim of some geek typing at a computer wouldn't know a valid lead if it bit them on the arse!

This is not a valid lead generation service. They are out to make money however they may, and customer services from Reply! is not an option. The the company  is very poor, and lacks in even the most common of social graces.

Don't get scammed, let me pay for my mistake, and you benefit from my failure...maybe this way I can feel that I wasn't too much of an idiot!
