Back in March I received a call from a representative from Reply Real Estate.com. She was offering me a trail period introduction to a lead generation program. Stated that it would cost $1.00 to enroll and that I can cancel anytime during that trial period. Like a sucker I enrolled. (exactly what they wanted) Once I received my 1st lead that they had stated would be qualified leads I realalized that what they were selling was not what they were delivering. I went on to the page that they created for me and told them that I wanted to cancel right way. a few days later I received a call from one of their employees stating that they were sorry that I was not happy with the service and that he would offer me a 45 day trial since I was within my 30 day cancelation period. I told him I was not interested but yet he continued to try to convince me. To make a long story short I told him I was not interested and that I wanted to stop my subcription rightway.

Here we are it is April and we find out that I got charged for leads that I did not get a sum of 549.00. This company is scamming honest people and when you call all you get is well we are sorry that you are not happy with the service. We will cancel your subcription in 30days. In other words they got you / got your money so what.

It is a dam shame that in a time when so many business are shutting down that companies like Reply Real Estate is trying to screw their customers.

Reply Real Estate remedy the situation

AUTHOR: Aquino Ed - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, April 15, 2010

On April 14 2010 I submitted a complaint through these means. Shortly after I submitted the Complaint I was contacted by a Representative from Replyrealestate.com After explaining the situation and clearing up the confusion we were able to come to a reolution that was ammicable to all parties involved.

I regreat that it took me filing a complaint through these means to get the situation resolved. I truly hope that replyrealestate.com carries out the promisses that they made and that we are able to conculed or business on a good note.
