As a real estate broker, I was contacted by salesman David Stark today to sign up for real estate sales leads in Canton Ohio.  Company is owned by Payam Zamani and is also known as Reply Real Estate.  Stark offered to waive the account set-up fee and all monthly fees for the duration of my enrollment; I would pay only for actual leads received.  He also stated that the was a "no hassle" lead credit policy if I contacted them within 3 days of receiving an invalid lead.  He would not allow me to view the terms and conditions until I signed up and gave them my credit card.  He assured me that he was immediately sending me a confirmation email that addressed his offer.

However, once I gave them my credit card number and was allowed to view the standard terms and conditions, none of the perks he offered were there, and there is a setup fee, a steep monthly fee, and no credit allowed for invalid leads if the company can determine that merely the name and either an email address or phone number of the prospect are correct.  He also never sent the email to confirm his offer as was promised.  The "pre-screened" leads are therefore accurate only as to the simple info of a name and one allegedly correct way to contact the prospect.  Horrible!

They have a 30 day cancellation policy so if I were to let them get away with this they would start billing my credit card $54.95 for each lead effective immediately; this could be a bill of hundreds or thousands of dollars this month plus the other charges the salesman said were waived.

I am contacting my credit card company to have this company stopped from continuing its unethical practices.
