I have been trying to get a refund from this company for over 6 months and have yet to receive it. I signedu up at "The Strategic Equity Summit" in Las Vegas (a seminar group that I thought dealth with only trustworthy groups). I've spoken to Dianne, Brian, Sonya and left messages with Daniel. I was told that someone will contact me, but no one did (even after receiving a return authorization). I have been calling nearly once every week to get a hold of someone, but they have been elusive.

I am requesting my refund, because my schedule will not allow me to attend the seminars. Nonetheless, they cannot even accommodate my needs. Either their back-office is disorganized or this is a huge scam. If anyone is considering participating with this organization, I would highly recommend you keep you money in your pocket. If an organization purports to be successful and cannot even handle a (legitimate) refund process, I am highly speculative of their product and service. If a company cannot keep its word, I think the integrity of the organization is questionable.

If you are ready this message, chances are, you are doing due diligience (evidently I did not do mine) or have already encounter some challenge. If you are considering to participate with this group, your time and money is worth more elsewhere. If you are encountering a similar challenge like me, please keep pushing. Although my efforts to retrieve my refund outweighs the refund value itself, I hope this message can help deter people from walking into my situation.
